Mould Cost
Mold fees depend on the product and level of customization. Some existing designs can be customized without new tooling, while fully custom shapes or molded logos may require a new mold. We’ll confirm any tooling costs before production.
Sample Cost
We offer FREE buckle samples of what we have, but you need to pay the freight cost accordingly, cost between $35.00 to $60.00.
Shipping Cost
We work with reliable agent whom provide sea, air, express ways, will ensure the goods arrives in your hand safely, the cost is depend on weight / volume.
30% Deposit
Once you confirmed order, you can decide to either pay the full amount or pay 30% deposit for the wholesale, T/T, Western Union are preferrable payment way.
70% Final Payment
Photos or videos will be provided after production finished, then you can complete the balance payment so we can arrange shipment.
By working with experienced manufacturers, your products are made and inspected to meet the agreed quality requirements.
Quality is evaluated against approval sample, size, logo, color, function, quantity and packaging will be checked before shipment.

Need to Know Before Order
Can I source different bag accessories through one order?
Yes, different accessories can be coordinated through one point of contact, helping reduce the time and effort required to manage multiple suppliers. Products can also be consolidated for shipment when schedules and quantities allow.
Can you develop accessories from our artwork?
Yes, custom accessories can be developed from vector artwork, technical drawings. Dimensions, material, finish and attachment requirements will be confirmed before sampling.
Can I place trial order?
Yes, trial order receive carefull attention because they allow buyers to evalute communication, product quality and delivery performance before moving to bigger orders.
Can all metal accessories have the same finish?
A controlled and commercially acceptable color range will be confirmed before bulk order ordering. Because different materials and factories may produce slight color variations, appoval samples should be used to define the acceptable standard.
How do I make sure the hardware fits my bag?
Please provide the strap width, material thickness, opening size, hole position and required attachment structure. And computer drawings will be provided for your confirmation before mould made.
How do you control quality across different products?
Each product will be checked against its approval sample, products from different factories will be coordinated under the same project requirements and reviewed together before shipment.
Can you provide individual packaging?
Yes, we always pack all accessories piece by piece to avoid scratching, and if you need OPP bag, paper cards, barcode labels or bubble wrap, please inform us in advance.
What happens if there is a problem after delivery?
We will remake the production if there is any quality issue affects your usage, any problems will be reviewed promptly and followed through with a practical solution.
