1. Send us your requirements with detailed information or pictures.
2. We check each detail and get back to you with a quotation.
3. After the price is confirmed, we will issue PI and you make a deposit or full payment.
4. We proceed with production and update you on each step.
5. Bulk goods finished & shipped after receiving all payments.

For the styles we have mould, it will take 15-28 days.

For custom design will need an extra mould-making time maybe 7-15 days.

Express shipment usually takes 5-12 days and sea shipment takes 30-45 days.

For small packages under 30kgs, we usually ship by express such as UPS, FedEx or DHL.

For heavier products, we ship by sea+express which is door-to-door delivery.

For big volumes, we will ship by sea.

We always check the quality before shipment to make you satisfy.

For custom products, we paid the actual cost to the mould factory, so it cannot be refunded once you confirm our drawing, if you have any quality issues, we will remake the production for you.
